If you book a follow-up booking with us again, we reward your loyalty with 25.00 euros.

Conditions

- The amount of money shall only be deemed earned if an authorised stay has been concluded by the same person (purchaser). The payment takes place after departure and full payment of the hotel claims (balance).
- There is no right to deduct a cashback at the hotel from the hotel bill.
- Cashback amounts may not be deducted in advance from the deposit/advance payment of a new booking.
- The subsequent stay entitled to payment must be at least 7 nights and have a minimum turnover of 700.00 euros.
- A cashback is granted per stay and orderer.
- A cashback is granted for bookings in the traiffs "Best flexible rate" or "fincahotels.com special" .

When is there no entitlement to a cashback?

- A cashback does not apply if any special discounts have been granted in advance which have already reduced the price of the overnight accommodation service.
- A casback is not paid if several subsequent stations are booked (round trip) or if additional nights are booked at a later date.
- For subsequent bookings less than 7 nights or a booking volume under 850.00 euros.
- In case of complaints or refusal of payment in the accommodation.
- Group bookings and travel agency bookings are excluded from cashback payments.

Payment and validity of a cashback

Payment will be made exclusively to your bank account. Please let us know your bank details after departure. 14 days after departure the right to a cashback expires.

Exclusion of legal claim

A cashback money amount is a voluntary service of Mundillo Hotels GmbH. There is no legal claim to the payment of a cashback amount, as our cashback program is not part of a hotel booking contract via Mundillo Hotels GmbH.
