Description
Even the impressive 250-meter palm-lined entrance to the Castell Son Claret takes you into another world. Wherever you look, magnificent orange, citrus, olive, persimmon, pomegranate and almond trees line the path through a sea of colorful flowers. At the end of the avenue there is the castle-like main building from the 18th Century which was restored along with its eight outbuildings and stables with great attention to detail - here tradition and modernity blend in a perfect symbiosis.
Since the hotel opened in spring 2013, guests will find 36 luxurious rooms and suites available, as well as the associated outdoor facilities, waterways, gardens, courtyards and several wonderful places that invite you to linger. Composed they form an incomparable place of peace and harmony. The view from the beautiful panoramic swimming pool on the almond trees in the valley or the Tramuntana Mountains takes your breath away. Nature as far as the eye can see. The view could not be more fantastic.
In the Michelin-starred restaurant Sa Clastra, Jordi Cantó will spoil you with exceptional tasting menus.
Guests can also enjoy the Olivera restaurant, which serves a varied Mallorcan breakfast in the morning and light, Mediterranean dishes for small appetites throughout the day. The Castell Bar is located in the former chapel of the estate. Here guests will find a wide selection of coffees and teas during the day and can choose from an exquisite drinks menu of the highest international standard in the evening.
Far away from the main building, guests can enjoy masterly open-air massages under the sky. An indoor pool is ideal for swimming a few sporty length or well-deserved relaxation. In addition to a traditional sauna, Castell Son Claret provides a Moorish Hammam which is in line with historical influences. Guests from 14 years on have access to the indoor pool and to the spa.
