The modern villa is situated on three floors with terraces and balconies, it can accommodate up to eight people and with a bright, friendly atmosphere and high quality, modern facilities it provides absolute feel-good atmosphere.
At the lowest level, a spacious pool area is available to guests, which is equipped with high-quality teak aluminium furniture and sun loungers. A staircase leads to the entrance level, in which you will find a large terrace with a dining table group made of teak furniture. From the entrance level there is access to the next floor on the main terrace. From here you have a beautiful view of the pool. The fully equipped kitchen is also on this level, as well as a bathroom and two bedrooms with two single beds each. At the top floor there are two further bedrooms, one bathroom, a large balcony and thus a great view of the bay of Alcudia and – furthermore – another room with a private balcony, bath / shower and toilet.
