The Holiday House Finca Cas Cuni in the southeast of Mallorca is promising unforgettable holidays in the spacious property for entirely renting. Up to eight adults and two children in a cot will have enough space in the four cozy bedrooms, the living room, the dining room and the large, fully furnished kitchen. The rooms are spread over two floors, the bedroom on the lower floor is wheelchair accessible and has a private bathroom and a separate living room. Beamed ceilings, stone walls and typical wooden furniture spread an intense feel-good atmosphere. Thanks to air conditioning, heating, satellite TV and wireless internet access, guests of the finca enjoy all the modern comforts.
Additionally to the holiday house, there is an apartment in the annex building, equipped with two double bedrooms, a living room with air-conditioning, a bathroom with shower and a kitchen with a fireplace. So there is space for maximum 12 adults and 2 children in a cot at Ca's Cuni. Comfortable atmosphere awaits guests outside the home on the spacious grounds. A beautifully landscaped garden with trees, shrubs, flowers and lawn invites you to stroll and linger. In this idyll also the 10 x 5 meter pool with sun terrace and sun loungers is integrated, from which one has a wonderful view of the surrounding countryside.
The Holiday House Cas Cuni is perfectly located to visit the most beautiful bays on the island and other destinations. For instance, in just about 15 minutes by car you will reach the Cala Murada, the Cales de Mallorca or the fishing village of Portocolom.
