The mansion from the 16th century is situated in the midst of the 16 ha large park with old tree population and surrounded by wonderful calmness and nature. The 25 individually, with antique furniture decorated rooms of the calm hotel in Tuscany are divided on three buildings. Terracotta floors, wrought-iron beds, traditional, colourful fabrics and chestnut wooden beam ceiling give the rooms the typical flair of Tuscany and provide a pleasant welcoming atmosphere.
In the morning, you are waken up by the idyllic calmness and the sweet twitter of the birds. The smell of freshly baked croissants reaches your nose and tells you, it is time for the delicious breakfast, which is waiting for you on the terrace with view. With view to the picturesque landscape and the Arno valley, you start into the day with a comprehensive italian breakfast with cold cuts, cheese, cake and fresh fruits.
Apart from any hustle and bustle, in calm surroundings, you enjoy a relaxing day at the pool with view to the beautiful, well-kept garden. In the spacious garden of the family friendly hotel, children can play and discover a lot of things. The large pool with a shallow area (70 cm) for the small guests, guarantees refreshment. At the bar with its cosy pergola, cold and warm drinks are served. The hosts Federico und Kirsten as well as their team take care, that every guest feels welcome and comfortable. The dog of the house, Max, is the darling of all kids.
The restaurant of the hotel deserves special mention. It is situated in the former attic rooms of the small rural hotel. In winter time, you enjoy the tuscan cuisine and the traditional italian dishes at the crackling fireplace. In summer, the meals are served outside above the pool area under the roofed terrace with view to the Arno valley.

If you like to discover the surroundings of the hotel, we advise you to rent a car, which can be parked free of charge on the roofed parking ground. day trips to Florence or Arezzo can easily be done by train. The train leaves regularly from Figline Valdarno and costs approx. 5 euros per person. If you like to do shopping, besides culture and history, you find several outlets (The Mall in Leccio or the Prada–Outlet close to Levanella) nearby.
